At Hues Salon & Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment system, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Standard Cancellation (24 hours or more notice):
Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
2. Short-Notice Cancellation (less than 24 hours notice):
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% of your booked service fee.
The fee aims to compensate our stylists for the time reserved for your appointment and the potential loss of business.
We kindly ask for your understanding and prompt notification if you need to make changes to your appointment.
3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% of the booked service no-show fee that will be required to be fulfilled before rebooking.
The no-show fee is intended to cover the stylist's time and the missed opportunity for other clients to book that slot.
Clients with a history of no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
