Service Deposits

Just as artists reserve a canvas before they paint, we reserve time and space for every guest. To honor that commitment, some services require a deposit at booking.

• Your deposit isn’t an extra fee — it applies directly to your service.
  

• Need to reschedule? With 48+ hours’ notice, your deposit simply moves with you.
  

• Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows may result in losing your deposit.
  

This system ensures your time is protected and our stylists can dedicate their full artistry to you. It keeps the Hues experience smooth, fair, and mindful for all.

Changing Appointments & Leaving Notes in Mangomint

Life happens — and that’s why we use Mangomint, a booking system that makes flexibility easy.

To Reschedule or Cancel:

1. Open your confirmation email or text from Mangomint.
   

2. Click the booking link.
   

3. Choose Reschedule to pick a new time, or Cancel if needed.
   

To Leave Notes for Your Stylist:
When booking online, use the “Notes” section to share details — think of it as your personal sketchpad. A few ideas:

• Your hair goals or inspiration photos
  

• Whether you’re planning a big transformation
  

• Any sensitivities, preferences, or reminders
  

These notes give your stylist a head start in creating the look (and experience) you’re dreaming of.
